RTX is seeking an early career Thermal Engineer to join the MA&T Department. You will perform detailed thermal analyses across product lifecycles, from design trade studies to qualification testing and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in thermal analysis using common tools or hand calculations.

Responsabilités

• Perform hand calculations to scope higher-detail analysis models.
• Conduct detailed thermal analyses for program challenges.
• Create test plans to validate analyses and verify hardware.
