Job summary

Boston Scientific’s TheraSphere Associate is a transitional role to prepare candidates to become a Sales Consultant within the Vascular Therapies Division. The TheraSphere Associate will be assigned by region to an existing territory with potential to convert and grow the business.

The role works with the Regional Manager and territory consultant to provide support and drive sales revenue at identified accounts. It may require work outside primary assignments as per business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years plus of relevant business experience.
• BA/BS in business discipline (or equivalent experience) required.
• Documented sales success.
• Self-starter, solution oriented, team player with leadership qualities.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through visits, product demos and in-services.
• Establish relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and Hospital staff.
• Provide procedural support in a competitive environment.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants to maximize selling time.
• Take on revenue-generating projects to support account ownership.
• Work with Region Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and trends.
• Assist in developing quarterly/annual business plans to hit revenue targets.
• Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on activities and market conditions.
• Manage expense and promotional budgets; maintain SRAI inventory.
• Complete required training timely and follow compliance.
• Travel 30–40% and participate in occasional weekend events.
