Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, in-services, and problem resolution.
• Establish relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Nuclear Medicine, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control.
• Provide procedural support in a competitive environment.
• Work seamlessly with Sales Consultants, allowing them more time to sell.
• Take on revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
• Work with Sales Consultants and Region Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
• Assist in developing quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc.
• Manage expense budget and promotional budget within the guidelines. Maintain SRAI records.
• Complete required training in a timely manner, as assigned.
• Follow compliance regulations.
• Travel 30–40% and participate in occasional weekend events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
