Job summary

Boston Scientific’s TheraSphere Associate role prepares candidates to become a Sales Consultant within the Vascular Therapies Division. The position supports regionally assigned accounts, delivering education, product demonstrations and services to drive revenue while collaborating with Regional Managers and territory consultants.

Travel will be 30–40% with occasional events and trade shows. The role reports to a Regional Sales Manager and may require work outside primary assignments as business

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution.
• Establish relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Nuclear Medicine, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control.
• Provide procedural support in a competitive environment.
• Work seamlessly with Sales Consultants, allowing them more time to sell.
• Take on revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
• Work with Sales Consultants and Region Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
• Assist in developing quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc.
