Boston Scientific is hiring for a Peripheral Vascular Associate, a transitional role designed to prepare candidates to become a Sales Consultant within the Vascular Therapies Division. The role supports accounts, delivers education, and partners with the regional team to drive revenue.

This position follows a remote work model and requires residing in the territory or willingness to relocate at own expense. Travel is expected around 30% to 40%, and relocation sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Experience working in a team-based selling environment.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% as required.
• Strong business acumen and territory planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation and issue resolution.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, nuclear medicine, hospital administration and infection control stakeholders.
• Provide procedural support in competitive clinical environments.
• Partner seamlessly with the Sales Consultant to increase selling time and drive account growth.
• Support revenue-generating projects and territory goals to strengthen account ownership.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Regional Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
