Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, and problem resolution.
• Establish relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control.
• Provide procedural support in a competitive environment.
• Work seamlessly with Sales Consultants, allowing them more time to sell.
• Take on revenue-generating projects to support account ownership.
• Work with Region Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
• Assist in developing quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on ongoing activities, conditions and trends.
• Manage expense and promotional budgets. Maintain inventory and complete admin paperwork.
• Travel 30–40% and participate in occasional weekend events and trade shows.
