Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, clinical support, healthcare or other relevant business environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based selling environment.
• Ability to travel 30% to 40% as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, in-services, and issue resolution.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital administration and infection control stakeholders.
• Provide procedural support in competitive clinical environments.
• Partner with the Sales Consultant to increase selling time and drive account growth.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
• Assist in developing quarterly and annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and secure purchase orders.
