Job summary

Boston Scientific, a global medical technology leader, seeks a TheraSphere Associate to prepare candidates to become a Sales Consultant within Vascular Therapies. You’ll be regionally assigned to an existing territory, delivering exceptional service, supporting accounts, and driving sales revenue through collaborative leadership and education.

Role involves travel, relationship building, and contributing to quarterly business plans with a focus on growth and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years plus of relevant business experience.
BA/BS in a business discipline, AA with plans for completion of BA/BS, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, and problem resolution.
Establish relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, infection control, and hospital administration.
Provide procedural support in a competitive environment.
Work with Sales Consultants to allow them more time to sell.
Take on revenue-generating projects to support account ownership.
Work with Region Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
Develop quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on ongoing activities and market trends.
