Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance clinical excellence with team leadership. You will provide hands-on patient care while mentoring fellow therapists and guiding evaluation, treatment, and documentation.

The role emphasizes supervising therapists and technicians, coordinating schedules, and driving quality improvements across the team. A current PT/OT/SLP license and leadership experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
• BL S (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
