Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who balances hands-on patient care with team leadership to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes. You will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, develop staff, and coordinate evaluations, treatments, and scheduling to meet clinical and business goals.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
