Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician to lead while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians and coordinate team tasks to meet business goals.

The role requires current state licenses (PT/OT/SLP), CPR/BLS, and at least three years of discipline-specific experience; leadership experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
