Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician ready to lead while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, mentoring therapists and coordinating care to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP is required.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years of discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred and beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
