Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls seeks a Therapy Team Leader who balances clinical excellence with leadership. You will continue to provide hands-on patient care while mentoring therapists, assistants and technicians in a dynamic inpatient setting.

Lead evaluations and treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, coordinate team tasks and schedules, and drive continuous quality improvement to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
