Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using a computer keyboard, data processing, information systems and word processing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Track patients to determine insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Verify insurance to ensure continuity of coverage and communicate findings to the therapy team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reimbursement and ensure accurate patient records and referrals.
