Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Associate/Representative to drive therapy development awareness and expand patient identification for their OSA therapy. You will educate primary care and specialty providers, grow referral networks, and collaborate with Territory Managers to broaden physician engagement and business opportunities.

The role requires travel within the territory, a strong clinical sales background, and excellent communication and presentation skills to convert interest

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Aufgaben

• Plan weekly customer targeting sequences.
• Educate PCPs and other providers to build confidence and drive referrals.
• Execute referral channel growth initiatives to increase patient identification and therapy adoption.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Log customer engagements in CRM and assist in territory growth.
