Inspire Medical Systems in Austin is seeking a field-based healthcare/medical device sales professional to educate clinicians and grow therapy adoption for OSA. You will collaborate with Territory Managers to expand the pipeline and drive referrals, with a focus on patient identification and engagement.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in pharma/healthcare or medical device sales, a willingness to travel, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community.
• Grow pipeline and patient conversion to therapy in collaboration with Territory Manager(s).
• Execute referral channel growth initiatives to increase patient identification and therapy adoption.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Logging customer engagements in CRM.
