Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, based in Colorado, seeks a field-based sales professional to drive therapy development and patient adoption for OSA treatments. You will educate PCPs and specialists, collaborate with Territory Managers, and grow referral networks in your region.

The role emphasizes clinical understanding of the Inspire therapy, compliance with quality systems, and strong relationship-building skills. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years' experience with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community to grow pipeline and patient conversion.
• Support territory managers in expanding physician engagement and practice growth opportunities.
• Develop referral channel growth initiatives and participate in community education programs.
• Log customer engagements in CRM and transition customers from unaware to advocacy.
• Understand implant procedures and therapy delivery processes and articulate clinical data to referral communities.
