Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in Kansas City is seeking a Therapy Development Representative to educate providers and grow the therapy pipeline. You will work with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement, identify referral opportunities, and support patient adoption of therapy.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, willingness to travel within the territory, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers to drive therapy development awareness and grow pipeline.
• Support referral channel growth to increase patient identification and therapy adoption.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager(s) to expand physician engagement and practice growth opportunities.
• Log customer engagements and maintain CRM records.
• Transition customers from unaware to advocacy belief and provide clinical exposure as needed.
