Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Therapy Development Representative to educate providers, grow the treatment pipeline, and support community programs.

This role reports to the Regional Manager and collaborates with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement and therapy adoption. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in pharma/healthcare or medical device sales, or 4 years of related sales experience in lieu of degree; travel within territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years' experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community.
• Grow pipeline and patient conversion to therapy.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Partner with Territory Manager(s) to expand physician engagement and practice growth opportunities.
• Log customer engagements in CRM and maintain updated physician profiles.
• Provide clinical coverage as needed and understand implant workflows.
