Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed or in-training therapist to lead individual, group, and family therapy within an acute care setting. You will assess patient needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, or intensive outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited program.
• At minimum, in-training licensure such as LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW, or equivalent in Wisconsin.
• Substance use credentialing may be required (SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC) in Wisconsin.
• Experience in health care and psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patients’ needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health concerns and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely, accurate records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
