Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide therapy in PHP/IOP settings. The role involves leading an interdisciplinary team to deliver direct social services, using CBT, DBT, and family therapy to aid stabilization and recovery.

Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with duties across inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• In-training licensure as LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW, or equivalent in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients to identify mental health concerns and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate care.
