Qualifications

• Licensure eligibility in state practicing required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify mental health concerns and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide counseling to improve coping, safety, and functioning.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely record keeping.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
