Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks licensed and in-training clinicians to deliver individual, group, and family therapy. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment, educate patients, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Position requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field and Wisconsin licensure trajectory (LPC-IT/MFT-TL/APSW or equivalent). Involves adherence to clinical standards and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field with experience in health care and in a psychiatric setting.
• Must be in-training as LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW or equivalent in state practicing.
• If working in a program requiring substance use credentialing, SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC required in Wisconsin.
• Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and identify concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and guide clinical interventions.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques.
• Educate patients about mental health and treatment options.
• Document progress and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations.
