Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy within PHP/IOP programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to develop and coordinate social services interventions for patients and their support systems.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, counseling patients, and maintaining detailed documentation while complying with regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensed in Wisconsin or in-training LPC/MFT/APSLEq. with credentialing in Wisconsin.
• Experience with health care and psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and documentation.
