Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field and licensure eligibility in Wisconsin.
• Experience with health care and psychiatric settings preferred.
• Substance use credentialing (SAC/CSAC) if required by program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with treatment team and other professionals.
