You will handle ticket sales, Will Call, and patron account support in-person and via phone, ensuring accurate cash handling and a high level of customer service.

The role requires familiarity with ticketing systems and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patrons. On-site work is required, with potential for additional event-day support.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person, phone, and online patron assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons at the Ticket Office window and over the phone with selling tickets.
• Make outbound calls to Soraya members and single-ticket purchasers.
• Set up signage to direct patrons to Will Call and Ticket Office.
• Research artists performing and share information with patrons.
• Maintain and update patron information in the ticketing system.
