Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, special events, pricing, promotions, and theatre information.

The role may include Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties as staffing needs require. You will greet guests, operate the POS system, check tickets, answer questions, keep areas clean, handle food preparation, and help maintain a safe, high-quality cinema experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training or local certifications may be required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and teammates.
• Ability to work in a team environment and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to their auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and details on events and promotions.
• Responds to guest questions in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Keeps theatre clean and safe, including lobbies and auditoriums.
• Assists with opening/closing duties as needed by management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
