Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests and ensure a heroic guest experience. You will act across roles such as Usher, Box Office or Concessionist as needed, performing essential duties with accuracy and knowledge of movies, events, pricing and promotions.

Responsibilities include cash handling, answering guest questions, and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards in all theatre areas. Positions support flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Mansioni

• Greet Guests with a smile and assist with questions.
• Operate POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and promotions to guests.
• Maintain clean theatre lobby, aisles, and restrooms.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
