AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to direct daily theatre operations and coach crew for exceptional guest service. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and ensure both guests and staff feel welcomed and valued in a fast-paced movie environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating floor operations, overseeing opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling support, and collaborating with management to resolve guest concerns, while upholding AMC standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet location-specific requirements.
• Six months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Be a reliable teammate by showing up on time.
• Adherence to Wardrobe 101 Standards, including required attire.
• Willing to complete required training and certifications.
• Friendly, outgoing personality—focus on guest service.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Love for movies and creating a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and vendor access.
• Assign registers, distribute banks, and reconcile cash handling.
• Support inventory and crew scheduling with management approval.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve guest concerns.
• Distribute passes and perform daily operational tasks.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming space for guests and staff.
