Job summary

AMC Entertainment in Addison, TX is seeking a Supervisor to guide the theatre crew through daily tasks, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain smooth operations both behind the scenes and on the floor.

The role requires at least 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience, availability evenings and weekends, and a friendly, proactive personality. Candidates should be comfortable with cash handling, basic computer skills, and upholding AMC’s standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Willing to complete required training/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities, ensuring strong performance and guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and provide access to vendors for deliveries and repairs during off-hours.
• Accurately pull and count cash, coupons, and equivalents; enter results into the system and prepare deposits.
• Support inventory processes and assist in preparing crew schedules (final approval by management).
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve guest concerns; handle passes and refunds as needed.
• Lead with AMC values and foster an inclusive, respectful work environment.
