Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisory candidate to lead theatre crews and ensure smooth operations, both behind the scenes and on the floor. You will coach staff, manage daily tasks, and uphold safety and guest experience standards in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability expected.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities, ensuring strong performance and guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and access for vendors during off-hours.
• Assign registers, distribute banks, and reconcile floor safes.
• Pull and count cash, coupons, and equivalents and enter results into the system.
