This role requires 18+ years old, six months of leadership experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced theatre setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced theatre environment.
• Friendly, proactive teammate with strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily tasks.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement to meet business needs.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and access for vendors during off-hours.
• Count cash, reconcile registers, and prepare deposits as needed.
• Support inventory, crew scheduling, and system issue resolution.
• Handle guest concerns and AMC Stubs or refund questions.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
