AMC Theatres in Tulsa is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to guide the theatre crew, ensure guest service excellence, and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, movie-loving environment. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and maintain a welcoming space for guests and crew alike.

You will manage opening/closing tasks, support staff, and uphold AMC standards while fostering safety and teamwork in a busy cinema setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry or deposit into a dumpster or trash compactor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities, ensuring strong performance and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and ensure proper crew placement based on business needs.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and provide access to vendors during off-hours.
• Count cash, coupons, and equivalents; enter results into the system and prepare deposits.
• Support inventory processes and crew scheduling with management final approval.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve guest concerns and refunds as needed.
