Job summary

AMC is seeking a Supervisor to direct the daily performance of the theatre crew and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and in front of our guests. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and create a space where both guests and crew feel welcomed and valued while managing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities to ensure guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and manage access for deliveries and repairs.
• Accurately pull and count cash, coupons, and equivalents; enter results into the system and prepare deposits.
• Support inventory, scheduling, and daily operational tasks to keep on schedule.
• Resolve guest concerns and assist with AMC Stubs or refunds as needed.
