AMC theatres are hiring a Supervisor to guide the daily performance of the crew, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes and during guest interactions. You’ll lead with energy, communicate with care, and foster a welcoming, high-service environment.

In a fast-paced movie-loving setting, you’ll coordinate tasks, supervise opening/closing procedures, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding AMC’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
• Strong guest service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk/stand for long durations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily tasks.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and vendor access.
• Pull cash, reconcile floor safes, and prepare deposits.
• Assist in crew scheduling and inventory processes.
• Resolve guest concerns and handle refunds as needed.
• Lead with AMC values and policies.
