Job summary

Regal theatres are seeking team members to deliver exceptional guest service across Box Office, Concessions and Usher duties. Roles may include handling cash, operating POS systems and promoting the Regal Crown Club.

Compliance with MPAA ratings and safety standards is essential. Ideal candidates have cast certifications or progress toward them, with strong communication and math skills, and a commitment to reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as cast member or progress towards completion.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Good public speaking, listen effectively, respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Attend consistently and adhere to dress code.
• Operate box office POS with cash drawer accuracy and upsell Premium Viewing Experience.
• Work concessions: operate POS, manage stock, upsell, follow food safety rules.
• Usher: tear tickets, guide guests, monitor seating and enforce MPAA ratings.
• Read and understand training materials on harassment and discrimination.
