Job summary

Regal theatres seeks team members for Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will operate POS systems, handle cash with accuracy, upsell premium experiences, and promote the Regal Crown Club while ensuring MPAA guidelines are followed.

Roles may be scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly positions. Benefits include free movie passes and a 401(k) with company match after six months of service.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: Operating POS system, handle cash and tickets accurately; upsell Premium Viewing experiences; promote Regal Crown Club; ensure MPAA-compliant ticketing; respond to guest questions.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage cash and concession stock; promote Crown Club; operate and clean concession equipment; upsell; follow food safety laws; observe alcohol rules if applicable.
• Usher: Tear tickets and direct patrons; inspect bags; manage crowd control and seat guests; enforce MPAA ratings; conduct theatre inspections; report issues to management; assist with opening/closing duties.
