Job summary

Regal is hiring team members for flexible positions across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Represent Regal with guest-focused service, attendance, safety, and policy adherence. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour.

Duties include operating POS, cash handling, upselling Premium Viewing, promoting Crown Club, seating guests, and answering questions. Cast certification is required or in progress; must be 16+ years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential duties with guest focus.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Completion of cast certification program or progress towards it.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with accuracy for cash, cards, vouchers.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Crown Club.
• Sell tickets in line with MPAA ratings and policy.
• Assist guests at Box Office, Concession, and Usher duties.
