Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• One year experience in guest-focused business (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 21 years old; location-specific age requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
• Ensure associates meet AMC Guest Service standards.
• Ensure proper staffing levels across all areas of the theatre.
• Review financial numbers to drive performance and guest experience.
