In this role, you’ll oversee daily theatre operations, ensure staffing, manage reports, uphold guest service standards, and lead a team of crew and supervisors to deliver a premier guest experience in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Experience in guest-focused business (retail, restaurant, hospitality) is valued.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee theatre administrative reports and staffing across all areas.
• Maintain guest service standards and drive guest experience.
• Review financial numbers to drive performance.
• Lead and develop crew and supervisors to perform with excellence.
• Maintain regular attendance per schedule.
