Cinemark invites you to join our team as an Assistant Manager, helping oversee theatre operations, ensuring policies are followed and standards met. You will be cross-trained across departments to support staff and provide inspiring training.

The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager, then Theatre Manager or General Manager after completing Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program and six months of service, with opportunities for growth and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Willingness to complete local/state mandated certifications as required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills; able to lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members to perform their functions.
• Assists in administrative reports and theater inspections.
• Ensures compliance with dress code and safety standards.
• Maintains high guest service standards and effective communication.
