Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, ensure policies are followed, and achieve high guest satisfaction. You’ll be cross-trained across departments to support where needed and inspire team performance.

The role offers a clear path toward Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and uphold policies.
• Cross train in all departments to support theatre operations.
• Train and coach team members.
• Prepare admin reports for General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment condition.
• Provide superior guest service and enforce guidelines.
• Report employee relations issues per protocol.
