Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure adherence to policies. You will work across departments, train staff, and support management decisions to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Role includes training, coaching, and reporting responsibilities, while ensuring safety, adherence to dress code, and high service standards. This is a full-time position with opportunities to advance within Cinemark’s accreditation program.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program within the Management Accreditation Program.

Aufgaben

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Interacts with Guests for improved service in the theatre and ensures that Team Members are providing superior Customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines with Team Members.
