Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English and deliver excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in theatre operations and follow General Manager directions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Work across all departments ensuring high service quality.
• Interact with guests to provide superior customer service.
• Report safety, maintenance, and policy issues to the General Manager.
