Cinemark is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure high service standards. You will be cross-trained across departments and mentor team members while supporting the General Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.

The role offers a clear path through the Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after a six-month minimum tenure. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state required certifications.
• Managers handling alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate in English and work in a team or independently.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and support across all departments.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observe and ensure theatre and equipment safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure staff follow dress code and deliver superior guest service.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines fairly and consistently.
• Report employee relations issues per protocol.
• Identify and address safety hazards and equipment needs.
