Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisory role to direct daily theatre crew performance, ensuring smooth operations for guests and staff. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and foster a welcoming environment in a fast-paced movie theater.

You will coordinate floor operations, manage crew schedules, and assist with cash handling, inventory, and guest concerns while upholding company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and theatre-specific systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities, ensuring strong performance and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and ensure proper crew placement based on business needs.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and provide access to vendors during off-hours.
• Assign registers, distribute banks, reconcile floor safes, and count cash.
