AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to direct daily theatre operations and lead the crew in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise crew performance, coach staff, and ensure smooth front and back-of-house workflows in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Role requires strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction, safety, and adherence to standards. Flexible willingness to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Evenings, weekends, and some holidays availability is required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong guest service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement based on business needs.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and access for vendors during off-hours.
• Assign registers, reconcile cash and deposits, and maintain cash-handling accuracy.
• Support inventory processes and crew scheduling with final management approval.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve guest concerns.
