Job summary

AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to help direct the daily theatre operations, coach crew, and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment both behind the scenes and on the floor.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff, overseeing opening/closing, handling cash processes, and supporting inventory and scheduling. Evening/weekend availability and strong guest service are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities to ensure strong performance and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement based on business needs.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and coordinate vendor access during off-hours.
• Assign registers, distribute banks, reconcile floor safes, and count cash as needed.
• Support inventory processes and crew scheduling with final management approval.
• Troubleshoot system issues by opening support tickets and following up on resolution.
