Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in the overall operation of the theatre and ensure policies and procedures are followed. They are cross trained to support all departments and to provide inspirational training to Employees.

The Assistant Manager can advance to Senior Assistant Manager, then Theatre Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and serving at least six months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Willingness to train and coach team members.
• Ability to communicate in English and work with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction of General Manager and assist in theatre operations.
• Train and coach team members in their duties.
• Support reporting and administrative tasks for the GM.
• Ensure policy adherence and high guest service standards.
• Maintain safety, dress code, and PPE usage.
