Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise a theatre and its employees, and to act as a representative to Regal in line with our mission and policies.

This hourly role includes supervising staff, operating projection and AV equipment, maintaining safety, guest satisfaction, and cash handling, with duties in scheduling, training, and cost controls under the General Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cast Certification Program or progress toward management skills.
• Ability to read and understand training materials on harassment and discrimination.
• Experience with alcohol service where required and compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises an unspecified number of employees and trains/coaches staff under the GM.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment; manage theatre shows and promotions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance with policies; handle cash receipts.
• Schedule, hire, and discipline staff with HR oversight; manage costs and inventory.
• Maintain dress code, training materials, and performance appraisals.
